As I continue my art journey, I like to think of my career as one big learning experience that continuously grows with each project. >I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason.>I hold the right to repost/share any work that I produce for whatever reason.>Under no circumstances is my work to be claimed as ones own.>My work is not to be edited or altered in anyway, shape, or form. My signature/watermark is not to be changed, removed, or altered in any way either.>My work is not for any sort of commercial use be it personal art or commission. The only exception is if I give approval.

- My commissions without credit.
- Any personal work of mine without first getting permission from me and giving credit as needed. If I do not want something reposted, that is to be upheld.>You may repost (with credit to me, the maker)....
- Finished commissions that have been paid for.
- Requests/Gifts I have made specifically for you.
- Any sort of custom or adoptable which has been purchased from me.

>The number of progress shots you will receive depend on how complicated the piece is; all progress shots will be watermarked.>Expect finished commissions to have my signature on them and will only be sent after everything has been paid for in completion.>Patience is required. Art takes time and considering I have a life offline, a wait may occur given how busy my schedule is at the time.>If for any reason a customer because aggressive/hostile, I will refuse their commission and block them as I will not for any reason put up with that.> I require clear and defined references when drawing ocs. If you do not have that, I will require highly detailed descriptions of the appearance and references are highly appreciated.>All work will most likely be done digitally as that is my main medium.>By commissioning me, you agree to all terms and conditions set in place.

>If for whatever reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will be refunded in full given you have paid.>Payment will be delievered in full after receiving your first progress shot or upfront in full. If there is a wait then you will be asked to wait before paying until I am ready to take your commission.>If a user is not currently satisfied, they may be about 2-3 small changes of their choice be made to the art free of charge. After this, additional payment will be requested as this is time and energy I'm spending on these, plus any additional energy spent with requested changes.>Prices may increase if the request is complicated/complex. However, a base price will be set.>All commission payments are final as soon as the finished piece has been given.>You are not to pay for the commission unless I agree to it, otherwise your payment will be seen as a donation.
